This will be the fourth year of HB Flag Football. Last year we were able to field 3 divisions and incorporate Southampton with our 1st and 2nd grade division. We played our cross canal rival Southampton  twice under the lights on two Friday nights. We had two undefeated champions with the Giants and Chiefs. We are up to 10 games for the season with a double header playoff scenario to end the season. Now we'll do our best to improve and make it even better. The league is coed, we encourage boys and girls to register. It is for residents who live in Hampton Bays only. The purpose of this league is to promote athleticism among the youth of HB, encourage healthy competition, and engage kids in the great sport of football. 

All practices and games will be played at Hampton Bays high School. This year we are proud to have our Varsity Football team back in action and we will have them continue to coach our middle division teams. Practices will continue to be twice a week (practices will start at 5:30 and end at 6:45-7:00)  Games will be on Sundays in the AM, times will depend on the amount of players and teams we have this year. **This year we will have a few Sundays off and will play the games during the week. Columbus Day weekend and the weekend of October 27th. We will have our playoffs/super bowl on Sunday, November 3rd.
