This will be the third year of HB Flag Football. Last years season was amazing I couldn't of dreamed of it going any better than it did. We played our cross canal rival Southampton on twice under the lights on two Friday nights. We had two undefeated champions with the giants and Chiefs. We are up to 10 games for the season with a double header playoff scenario to end the season. Now we'll do our best to improve and make it even better. The league is coed, we encourage boys and girls to register. It is for residents who live in Hampton Bays only. The purpose of this league is to promote athleticism among the youth of HB, encourage healthy competition, and engage kids in the great sport of football. 

All practices and games will be played at Hampton Bays high School. We will continue to have our JV players coach the kids and we'll  hold practices twice a week (practices will start at 5:30 and end at 6:45-7:00)  Games will be on Sundays in the AM, times will depend on the amount of players and teams we have this year.
