This will be the fifth year of HB Flag Football. Last year we went back down to fielding 2 divisions. We played our cross canal rival Southampton  twice under the lights. We had the Giants who successfully defended their title yet again and Congrats to first time winners the Jaguars. We are up to 9 games for the season with a double header playoff scenario to end the season. Now we'll do our best to improve and make it even better. The league is coed, we encourage boys and girls to register. It is for residents who live in Hampton Bays only. The purpose of this league is to promote athleticism among the youth of HB, encourage healthy competition, and engage kids in the great sport of football. 

All practices and games will be played at Hampton Bays high School. This year we are proud to have our Varsity Football team back in action and we will have them continue to coach our middle division teams. Practices will continue to be twice a week (practices will start at 5:30 and end at 6:45-7:00)  Games will be on Sundays in the AM, times will depend on the amount of players and teams we have this year. **This year we will continue to have Columbus Day Sunday off and will play the games during the week. . We will have our playoffs/super bowl on Sunday, November 2nd.
